Right now I have two pets (not counting the chickens!). I have one cat, Pumpkin and one dog, Thunder. I absolutly love animals!
During the summer I'll play outside a lot with Thunder and we'll take her down to the farm. Thunder is twelve years old so she's pretty old, but she doesn't act like it. She still acts like she's a puppy and is always jumping around. She gets along with the chickens pretty well. One time though, after we brought her home from dove hunting she did try to attack them, but none of the chickens were hurt.
Pumpkin on the other hand I play with all of the time. Since Pumpkin lives inside of the house unlike the dog I do get to have more time with him. Pumpkin is four years old and super entergetic! We have some chicken and we just let them wander around our proporty, but when they pass our glass sliding door Pumpkin will try to attack them. But obviously he can't just go through the door, so it looks really funny. During the summer time he'll use the cat tree we have next to the window to try to catch birds... Through the window! We've bought a lot of toys and other things for him, but of course instead of using everything we've bought him he picks the most random things to play with and sit in. I also really like taking photos, so I have a lot of pictures of Pumpkin!
